We start out with the Djembe and Djun-djun African drums then add a little Nayo flair with bells, shakere, clave and whatever else we pull out of our goodie bag! Our driving beat and pounding rhythms make it hard to stay seated!
When you can't sit still anymore we invite you to join us. After-all for us it's all about joy and sharing, inclusion and don't forget... FUN! Grab a bell, grab a drum, snap your fingers, sway to the beat... DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT!
Our crowd participation includes the audience, dancers and players, young and young at heart! Jonathan Frazier was our musical guest playing Native American Flute and Lara Vracarich was our very spirited dancer.
Kipona, Mayor's Gala, The Musicfest, see our NAYO AT Trindle Cafe Live performance on You Tube, Whitaker Center, the Capital, Mt Wolf School, are some of the places Nayo ADC has been blessed to perform at! Nayo means Great Joy! And we are here to bring it!
Weddings, Corporate Events, team building, having a big party, small and anything in between, we'll be there to help make it an event to remember! New to drumming, we'll come where you are; to your school, share drumming with your students and let them have some fun while they learn!
